Metal processing

We produce mainly customized high-volume parts and part families from various metals using cold forming and machining.

Due to our forming processes we have short processing times and an associated economical consumption of the metals used. 

By means of subsequent machining, part geometries with high complexity can be economically implemented.

In addition to the production of standard parts and small-scale series, the economical production of small metal parts through wire processing on self-designed and constructed production machinery is a further focus of our processing technologies.

Our metal parts are supplied free of all production residues and can thus be subsequently processed and installed by our customers without any delays.
