Connector manufacturers, illuminants fabricators, system manufacturers or large companies rely on Weidner GmbH, formerly Willy Kreutz GmbH & Co. KG, because we know exactly what peculiarities each industry has. As a specialist for the different branches of industry, we know the challenges of our customers. That is why, in addition to the customer-oriented service, Weidner GmbH focuses above all on expert, sector-specific consulting. Besides metal processing we are also active in the field of plastic processing. For example, we manufacture mass parts like injection-molded parts, housings, small parts and toothed wheels in high quality.
Due to our many years of experience in the production of large series for the lighting industry, we have extensive production know-how. We produce system components made out of different materials, such as plastic and thermoplastics, for all electrical connections and have established ourselves in this area due to our technological advancement on the world market. All system components are individually adapted for automated processing by our customers so that they can be safely processed on their systems.
For many applications, contact and connection elements are manufactured individually in small series. The production takes place on modern turning machines with digital control or particularly special machines. For your individual requirements, we offer the right solution: from design to material selection to complete production!
The quantity has an enormous impact on the price. For very high bulk orders, we use different types of machines to reduce cycle time and increase performance.
But these machines often cost more time and money to configure them. Once established, the production in several layers can manufacture with increased efficiency. We would be pleased to provide you with price-fixing packages for several orders.
Willy Kreutz has been a reliable manufacturer of rotary and precision turning parts since 1948. Through our many years of experience as a precision turning manufacturer, our goal is to maintain the long-term working relationships with our customers all over the world. High flexibility, even with short-term inquiries, characterizes us. The number of items does not have to go into the billions, because we manufacture starting with a batch size of 20,000 pieces.
Single sourcing offers several advantages. On the one hand, a quantity discount can be granted for a large volume demand. Moreover, one can identify the manufacturer quickly and clearly in the event of a quality problem. Also, a higher consistency of parts is obtained by purchasing from one supplier. Choose the strongest supplier and production planning, delivery processes and quality problems are reduced by more than 50 percent. Weidner GmbH - formerly Willy Kreutz GmbH & Co KG - has been such a reliable supplier since 1948.
In general, the lead time is 2 - 4 weeks. It depends on the materials, tools, workload and complexity of your component configuration.
Our contact pins are made of brass, nickel or stainless steel. For example, we can manufacture brass pins, stainless steel turning parts, core pins, contact pins or housing pins.
We are proud to deliver perfect and cost-rotational parts according to your individual ideas and product requirements. By optimizing our work processes, we are able to deliver high quantities in a short time. All parts can be freed from all greases and oils at our factory and are 100% controlled.

Within our plastic processing injection molded parts such as housings, small parts and toothed wheels are manufactured. Here we can process thermoplastics up to 350 °C.
With closing forces of 50 – 80t, we manufacture parts weights up to 120g. In combination with our plastic processing, metal products are processed directly to assemblies and metal-plastic products.
First, you should know that many companies that manufacture parts offshore never know which factory exactly the parts come from. Frequently, brokers move the jobs from one supplier to another to find lower prices. Many companies become insolvent because they lose control of their manufacturing skills and later discover that they have helped to create a foreign competitor. In addition, few manufacturers record the real costs for the import. In addition to the supplementary freight costs, customs duties, increased inventories, the costs of communication delays and the overall costs of purchasing management can increase. For this, the strategic loss can be the greatest cost factor.
What is the value of a domestic supplier who is not shut down in the event of a logistics strike, an embargo or a war? What is the value of a manufacturing expert who is able to support your engineer team? What is the value of a manufacturer who can dispatch parts before a shipping container is filled? What is the value of fewer parts in the pipeline, so your engineering can implement design changes more quickly? What is the value of a manufacturer who is a long-term strategic partner in meeting your business objectives?
