Due to our many years of experience in the production of large series for the lighting industry, we have extensive production know-how. We produce system components made out of different materials, such as plastic and thermoplastics, for all electrical connections and have established ourselves in this area due to our technological advancement on the world market. All system components are individually adapted for automated processing by our customers so that they can be safely processed on their systems.
For many applications, contact and connection elements are manufactured individually in small series. The production takes place on modern turning machines with digital control or particularly special machines. How does the price work?
The quantity has an enormous impact on the price. For very high bulk orders, we use different types of machines to reduce cycle time and increase performance.
But these machines often cost more time and money to configure them. Once established, the production in several layers can manufacture with increased efficiency. We would be pleased to provide you with price-fixing packages for several orders.
Your price looks good for higher amounts, but I do not want many parts. What can you do?
Willy Kreutz has been a reliable manufacturer of rotary and precision turning parts since 1948. Our contact pins are made of brass, nickel or stainless steel. For example, we can manufacture brass pins, stainless steel turning parts, core pins, contact pins or housing pins.

We are proud to deliver perfect and cost-rotational parts according to your individual ideas and product requirements. By optimizing our work processes, we are able to deliver high quantities in a short time. All parts can be freed from all greases and oils at our factory and are 100% controlled.

We are looking for a supplier for plastic parts?
Within our plastic processing injection molded parts such as housings, small parts and toothed wheels are manufactured. Here we can process thermoplastics up to 350 °C.
With closing forces of 50 – 80t, we manufacture parts weights up to 120g. In combination with our plastic processing, metal products are processed directly to assemblies and metal-plastic products.
Weidner Gmbh offers the best domestic prices, which I have asked. However, I have an off-shore price that will save my company a lot of money. Can we keep an eye on you as our backup source?
